Snazzyway Refund, Resend and Returns Policy

This refund policy is to be used as a resource by dropshippers who work with Snazzyway dropshipping (“SD”).SD has a dedicated Returns team that manages all post-sale issues or concerns regarding any order. We try our best to solve returns as quickly as possible. Returns follow a different method and unlike sales, it is not straightforward. We request you to kindly deal with the returns with patience and cooperation as we will be logging all the reasons, claims, proof to improve our quality/delivery standard to avoid such instances in future. The Returns team reserves the right to demand all the details regarding the claim/product in the form of image/video (depending on the claim) to resolve it.Please review the following policies carefully.

How to lodge the claim? 

For approval and a Return marchantdise Authorization Number please notify dropship@snazzyway.com quoting your order number, product code (found on the invoice), reason for return and attach photo and video of the items you'd like to return showing the damages or defects within 15 business days of receiving the goods.No returns will be accepted without prior approval
Important Note -You must contact us before sending anything back as our Dropship orders are white labeled and we won’t know how to process unsolicited packages.
Except the important interpretation, SD will make Refund, Resend, or Accept the Return for any of the following cases:
1-Manufacturing defects or damaged goods
2-Incorrect or Missing Products.
3-Orders Delayed
4-Orders not Received

 

Manufacturing defects or damaged goods

SD offers a full refund or a replacement in case of manufacturing defects or damaged goods.
a.In case of manufacturing defects, goods can be replaced if request is placed within 15 days from the date of delivery. For defects, SD will send replacement . Only in case goods are not available for replacement, a credit note will be issued which can be used against the next order. 
b.For refunds, reseller needs to provide his bank account details . Any wrong information furnished or wrong account updated by the buyer and money refunded to wrong account will be treated as a proper refund and SD will not be liable to again refund the money. 

Incorrect or Missing Products.

SD has a strict quality control process before products are dispatched. SD will deal with incorrect or missing products as follows:
a. For incorrect products, SD offers a full refund or replacement.
b. For products with wrong size ( Not according to our size charts ) , SD offers a refund or resend if you provide a screenshot of your clients' complaint including name, content and date.
c. For missing product, SD may refund partially or resend the missing product
d. For accessories, SD will resend the accessories.
Notes:
For size problem, SD will appreciate it a lot if you can measure the product according to the correct measurement method and provide us the photo of measurement. Then, our dispute team will deal with your disputes quickly.

Order Cancellation

For orders cancellation, SD offers a full refund before products been processed by warehouses. But things may be different for following orders:
a. After payment, POD orders cannot be canceled as it is customized.
b. After payment, private inventory orders cannot be canceled as it is special products and only available for you.

Order not Received

SD will not deal with the refund or resend if the tracking information shows the order is delivered.
1. Tracking information alert. The tracking information shows Alert, the reasons are listed as below:
a) Incorrect/insufficient address.
b) No such number.
c) Unknown recipient.
d) Refused.
e) Do not pick up in time.
f) No safe delivery location.
g) Uncleared customs.
h) Others.
Notes:
a. The local distributor will deliver 1-3 times according to the actual situation. If it is still unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local distributor office for storage in 3-7 days. Meanwhile, Your clients need to pick up the package by themselves. Otherwise, the product will be returned to the sender.
b. SD cannot offer a refund or resend if you don’t process the undelivered orders or packages destroyed by logistics companies.

Order Delayed

Orders are lacking tracking information, in transit, pending, expired 60 days after orders departed from SD warehouse. Following countries and shipping methods may be different:
a. For orders shipped whitin India, it will be counted 16 days after orders departed from SD warehouse.
b. For North eastern parts of India, it is after 30 days counting from the date that order departed from SD warehouse due to the customs clearance .
c,For Rest of the world, it is after 60 days counting from the date that order departed from SD warehouse due to the customs clearance .
d. For some special shipping methods, SD cannot deal with your disputes. 
Notes:
Sometimes, the order had arrived at the nearest courier office to the buyer and make it pending because of insufficient address, package unclaimed, no such number, etc. It will be much more convenient for clients to contact local courier office or go to the post office for delivery.

What items can not be returned?

Our return policy is applicable for most items, but there are a few exceptions.
Those listed down below cannot be returned:
· Tights, underwears, Pantyhose, swimsuits, socks, masks, stick on bras and other items due to hygiene consideration
· Sample items
· Deliberately damaged items
· Items exceeding the 15-day period from the date of receipt
· Print-on-demand items.
· Items of delayed delivery due to misinformation provided, regarding the receiptient phone number or shipping address.

Important Interpretation

1-Force Majeure.

SD takes no responsibility for any product damaged or shipping delay caused by the act of god, including but not limited: epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, customs inspection. However, SD will notify you by SD Chat, Skype, Email, Line, WhatsApp etc.

 

2-Shipping Method Limits.

SD will not accept any disputes when you choose Indian speed post shipping methods
