Here at Snazzyway we are all about providing top-notch support in a timely fashion. Yet to provide such responsive support we have to be crystal clear about what we can and cannot do for our members when it comes to that one-on-one interaction. So we’ve created this page to help guide our members in the process of seeking out support. We hope to build accurate expectations of what we’ll provide as well as clear direction on how to go about getting help when you need it.

How Cases Are Assigned

All of your incoming emails and our outgoing responses are given a "case number" and logged into your contact profile in our case management software. Because of the rotating nature of our duties, and that these cases are available to anyone to grab, the fastest way to an answer is to create a new email for each issue and send it to Support@snazzyway.com. All emails are returned on a "first in, first out" basis, which means that your case will be placed in a queue and answered as soon as the cases preceding you have been handled. I

What Types of Support We Provide

In general, free technical support includes guidance on how to use our services, update inventory, download the data feeds, and convert the data feed according to your need. Questions regarding marketplaces listing policy, eCommerce software, or questions about extending the product data feeds to fit your environment are not part of Snazzyway technical support.

Email Support Response Times

As mentioned above we feel it’s important to build accurate expectations for our members so they can effectively work around them. For direct email product support we strive to be as responsive as possible. And though we try to go above and beyond, here is when you can generally expect to receive a response from your email support request:
  • During weekdays you should receive a response within 24 hours of sending your email.
  • During weekends you should receive a response within 48 hours of sending your email.
