After you sell a product,two things happen: their payment is automatically captured, and a new order email is generated. You then need to fulfill this order in order to have it shipped to your customer. At this point we can consider the order as in a PENDING status, which means that you have received the payment for the order, and you are now ready to process it with the Snazzyway. We recommend processing your orders the same day you receive the payment. Your next step will be to send the order to the Snazzyway so it can be packed and shipped to your customer.

In order to process an order on Snazzyway, please follow the steps below:

1- Log in to  your dashboard .

2-Place your order .

3- Pay your wholesale price via credit/debit card or any wallet

4-As soon as the order is shipped, you will be notified and the Snazzyway will provide a tracking number and courier information . This tracking/shipping will automatically sync to your store  (based on your email settings on your store).

All Orders placed before 1 PM -We ship Same day

All Orders placed after 1PM - We ship next Business Day

All Orders placed After 1pm on Friday - We ship on Monday

Note - While we consistently strive to ship orders promptly, there may be instances where, due to an unexpected surge in order volume, delays could occur.
